Wave 3 of the HASS local-info layer (San Diego coast). Free public APIs, no keys.

Surf — Open-Meteo Marine REST sensors (swell height/period/direction + wave height/period, imperial) off Point Loma. Verified live: swell ~2.5ft @ 12.6s SSW.
Tides — built-in noaa_tides YAML sensor platform, station 9410170 (San Diego).
Local view — Surf & tide section (tiles + 24h swell mini-graph + embedded Windy waves map) and Beach & surf cams (tap-to-open links; those cam pages block iframe embedding, so links beat broken embeds).
Wall — compact Swell + Tide tiles on the Local tab.

Coords are public ocean/city points, never home-derived. Wave 2 (calendar/concerts) still pending a calendar connection.

San Diego coast local-info, free public APIs, no keys (matches the existing
REST-sensor pattern):

- packages/marine.yaml: Open-Meteo Marine REST sensors (swell height/period/
  direction + wave height/period, imperial) off Point Loma; NOAA tides via the
  built-in noaa_tides YAML sensor platform (station 9410170, San Diego).
- dashboards/local.yaml: 'Surf & tide' section (tiles + swell 24h mini-graph +
  embedded Windy waves map) and 'Beach & surf cams' section (tap-to-open links
  to La Jolla/PB/OB/Surfline — those pages block iframe embedding, so links
  instead of broken embeds).
- dashboards/wall.yaml: compact Swell + Tide tiles on the wall Local tab.
- Wired ConfigMap key + sync cp line for the marine package.
