Adds DELETE /api/v1/accounts/me (needs the player code). One transaction removes the account's leases, memberships, owned worlds, characters, snapshots, player name, ratings, records and result lines; then the save files go from the bucket. Other players' results and worlds stay. No undelete window.

Why: Apple 5.1.1(v) and Google Play require in-app account deletion before Shape City can list.

Tested: go vet + go test ./... in golang:1.24 after merging main; TestAccountDelete checks every table and blob, and that Bob's world, rating and result line survive.
