feat(hass): final 2 Athom plugs (600fec, 6027f0) — all 6 Athoms live ... 2db941fcf7

Provisioned the last two over Improv-BLE, added to HA, baked into seed-esphome
+ pinned leases. Full fleet now: 6 Athom + 2 Shelly = 8 metered plugs, all
auto-populating the modular dashboards (incl. the wall tablet).
