Adds trader.kblab.me: a read-only view of the dry-run league (Overview, Bots, Data, Runs) behind Forgejo sign-in.

trader-web Deployment/Service/Ingress, image sha-29ed5f8
trader_web role, SELECT only and read-only transactions
trader-web-oauth secret and web-database-url
Gatus, HA launcher and probe entries, README rows

Removed: the old trader-db-bootstrap Job, replaced by trader-db-bootstrap-2 so the role grants run. Nothing else.

- trader-web Deployment, Service and Ingress (CrowdSec, letsencrypt-dns), signed in with Forgejo OAuth, allowlist kblack0610
- trader_web Postgres role: SELECT only, default_transaction_read_only on; bootstrap Job renamed trader-db-bootstrap-2 so it reruns
- Secrets: trader-web-oauth (client id, client secret, session key), web-database-url in trader-db
- Image sha-29ed5f8 (strategy repo #6, the web/ app)
- Gatus check hand-added, HA launcher and probe entries generated, README and infrastructure rows

Removed: the trader-db-bootstrap Job (replaced by trader-db-bootstrap-2). Nothing else.
