Both pucks rejoined on new IPs (.112, .173) after the 11-05 power loss; HA still dialed .116/.177, so the Services card was red.

Runtime, done: HA esphome entries re-pointed via the documented adopt call (aborted already_configured_updates); services_down_count 2 -> 0, both assist_satellite idle, Binks + Okay Nabu re-pinned by voice_pe_puck_defaults.
infrastructure/dhcp/devices.yaml: two leases, synced (uci show dhcp lists both).
docs/home-assistant-voice.md: troubleshooting row; stale reproducibility TODO removed (the defaults automation already covers it).

Both pucks came back on new IPs after the 11-05 power loss (.116 -> .112,
.177 -> .173). HA kept dialing the old hosts, so both went unavailable and
the Services card turned red. HA entries were re-pointed via the adopt call;
the leases are pinned and synced to the router. The voice doc gets the
troubleshooting row and drops the stale reproducibility TODO.
